[ description ]
Zero Hour is a term used in military planning, emergency response and major operations to describe the exact, designated moment when something is set to begin.
This painting was inspired by the feeling of a long-awaited reunion. Something you’ve been anticipating for a while. That final sprint ending in a hug, a crossroads where two separate journeys finally meet.
The splashes of paint and branches cross and intertwine throughout the composition, symbolising movement towards each other. A fated journey that brings you together, building up to that one moment when everything meets and explodes in all directions.
