This floral study was an exploration of layering paint and gradually building texture through repeated marks and thick applications of oil. I focused less on realism and more on creating depth and movement through the physicality of the paint itself. The heavy brushstrokes and built-up surface give the flowers a sculptural quality, while the contrast between soft pastel tones and saturated colour creates tension within the composition.

What is the difference between an Original and a Print?
Prints are high resolution scans of an Original Artwork which are then printed onto premium paper. An Original Artwork is a piece of artwork that has been hand painted and one of a kind.
Can I order a custom painting?
